PLUM CAKE

PLUM CAKE










This is a delicious dessert because the plums are sour and combined with the sweet taste from the sugar gives a good flavor.

Ingredients:

~flower- 300 gr
~sugar powder- 250 gr
~butter- 180 gr
~eggs- 5
~plums- 1 kg
~sugar- 250 gr
~cinnamon- 1 teaspoon
~cream- 4 spoons
~salt

Preparation method:

STEP 1:
We wash the plums and we cut them in half, we get out their seeds. We add on top 100 gr of sugar and the cinnamon. We mix them easy until the sugar covers the plums equally. We grease a tray with butter.

STEP 2:
For the dough we mix the flower with sugar, butter, salt an one egg. We mix them together until the dough is homogenized. We put the dough in the tray and we make it in sheet shape and we put the plums on top.

STEP 3:
We take the yolk from 3 eggs and we mix them with the sugar, butter and the cream. We beat the glair until it becomes foam and we pour it over the egg yolk.

STEP 4:
We pour the cream over the plums and we put the tray in the oven at 180 C degrees. When it is ready you can serve it with the powder sugar.
