PASTA CARBONARA

PASTA CARBONARA

Pasta is one of my favorite recipes in particular the ones that are made with parmesan and white sauce. Usually pasta are easy to make and don't need a lot of time for that. This recipe is quite nutritious and it can be modified easy for each taste. If you want you can add more things to it ore you can replace the original ingredients. It can be served as a main dish and is perfect for lunch.
I really recommend you to try it and I know you will not regret it.

This values are estimated - for 100 g this recipe contains:

-Carbohydrates: 47
-Fibers: 3.2
Ingredients:

~pasta- 450 gr
~parmesan- 1 roll
~eggs- 4
~ham- 4 slices
~garlic- 2 cloves
~salt
~pepper
~oregano
~olive oil

Preparation method:

STEP 1:
We put the pasta to boil and in the same time in a tray we put 2-3 spoons with olive oil and we add the chopped ham and the sliced garlic. We let them on fire for 5-6 minutes.

STEP 2:
We drain the pasta ( don't wash them with cold water ), in a bowl we put the eggs and a half of parmesan and we mix them well. We pour this mix over the hot pasta and we mix them well for 2-3 minutes ( this way the eggs will turn white and the parmesan will melt ).

STEP 3:
We add the ham together with the olive oil and the garlic  over the mixed pasta and over that we add the rest of the parmesan. If you want you can put them for a few minutes in the oven so they will get a nice crust on top.

I wish you good appetite!!!
