GRATIN PENNE







This is a special recipe which I personally consider it very tasty and very nutritious. It is a recipe suited for every occasion, is not a easy one to make but it worth trying. I can assure you that everyone will be pleased if you cook this recipe for a meal. You can easy serve it as a main dish at lunch, breakfast or at dinner. You can add more ingredients ore you can replace some ones ore remove them from this recipe. I must say that this recipe contains values for one portion. If you want to make more you multiply the values with the number of persons. And that being said, I gladly recommend you to try this recipe and you will not regret it.

-Calories: 400
-Proteins: 13
-Lipids: 2
-Carbohydrates: 80
-Fibers: 4
Ingredients:

~bacon- 60 gr
~mushrooms- 60 gr
~cream- 50 gr
~penne- 200 gr
~tomato sauce- 80 gr
~mozzarella or cheese- 80 gr
~salt
~pepper

Preparation method:

STEP 1:
We put the penne to boil. We clean the mushrooms an we cut them in to cube shapes. We slice the bacon. After that we put them on fire in a tray with some olive oil we also add salt and pepper after taste. We let them on fire until they get a golden color.

STEP 2:
When the penne are boiled we dredge them but you must not wash them with cold water. In a bowl that resists at high temperatures we mix the penne with the cream. When the mushrooms and the bacon get a golden color we add in the tray the tomato sauce and we let them on fire until the sauce turns thicker.

STEP 3:
When the sauce turns thicker we add it over the penne, we also add the mozzarella or the cheese and we put them in the oven until the mozzarella ore the cheese gets gratin. You cn serve them hot.
