I don't take credit for this pictures.

I tried this recipe because I really like mushrooms. This recipe is  very tasty, it has fewer calories, but it is quite nutritious. Vegetables are always welcomed in your diet so i recommend this recipe for you. It needs a small amount of time to make and is easy. If you want you can put a slice of cheese on every mushroom, a slice of bacon or both of them to add more flavor to your meal. This recipe can be served as a main dish ore as an appetizer.

This values are estimated - for one portion (if you use ham and cheese) this recipe contains:

                                                                        Ingredients:

water - 500 ml
green pepper - 2
hot pepper - 1
onion - 2
mushrooms - 10
spices
cornstarch - 200 gr
pepper - 1 teaspoon
tomatoes - 2
olive oil - 1 spoon

Preparation method:

STEP 1:
We clean the onion, green pepper, hot pepper, tomatoes and the mushrooms and after that we wash them. We mincemeat the onion, green pepper, hot pepper, tomatoes and
the mushrooms stems. We pour oil in a pan and after that we put it on the fire. When the oil from the pan is heated we put the onion and we wait until the onion gets
a golden color, afterwards we put the rest of the mincemeat vegetables in the pan and we let them on the fire for approximately 10 minutes. We add salt and spices
after taste.

STEP 2:
After the vegetables are ready we let them to get cool. After that we put a baking sheet on a tray and put the mushrooms on it which we fill with the baked
vegetables. We put the stuffed mushrooms in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes.

STEP 3:
For the polenta we put water to boil in which we add oil and salt after taste. When the water starts to boil we repeatedly add cornstarch and we continuously mix it
to avoid the appearance of the lumps in the polenta.

STEP 4:
We put the stuffed mushrooms and the polenta an a plate and we serve them hot. If you like, you can eat them with hot pepper or you can add tomatoes sauce.

                   I wish you good appetite!!!
