MUSHROOMS STEW

You already know that I love mushrooms :) so we will get directly to the point. This is a tasty main dish recipe that is easy to make and you don't need a lot of time for this. It is suited for every meal or occasion. I recommend you to try this recipe and I can assure you will not regret it. You can make it for your friends or for your family. It contains a lot of vegetables so is quite good for your health.
This values are estimated - for 100 g this recipe contains:
-Calories: 25
-Proteins: 2.5
-Lipids: 0.8
-Carbohydrates: 2.5
-Fibers: 0.8
-Fibers: 0.8
Ingredients:
~water- 1 cup of water
~green pepper- 1
~onion- 3
~thyme
~mushrooms- 500 gr
~bay leaves- 1
~carrot- 2
~tomato paste- 1 spoon
~black pepper
~salt
~olive oil- 4 spoons
~garlic- 4 cloves
Preparation method:
STEP 1:
We wash the vegetables and after that we chop them.
STEP 2:
we will put in a pan olive oil and after he is heated we add the onion, after she gets a golden color, we add the green pepper and the carrot. Wed let them on fire a
few minutes and we will add the mushrooms.
STEP 3:
We leave the mushrooms to let their juice, we add salt and pepper. After 5 or 7 minutes we add a cup of water, we shuffle them and cover them with a lid. We let them to
boil for a few minutes.
STEP 4:
True the end we will add the belabored garlic the tomato paste and the bay leaves, we shuffle them and taste it ( add salt or pepper if you want more).
STEP 5:
We cover the pan and let it for 20 minutes on fire to boil. You can serve it with polenta.
