MUFFINS

MUFFINS  






This dessert is delicious and is easy to make. You can make it for your family or for you friend quickly. I rely recommend you to try it. You can use fruits to decorate it or food coloring for the cream.

Ingredients:

For the dough:

~soft butter- 125 gr
~granulated sugar- 125 gr
~eggs- 2
~flower- 125 gr 
~baking powder- 1
~milk- 2 spoons 
~vanilla ( optional)

For the cream:

~butter- 75 gr
~milk- 2 spoons
~vanilla
~powdered sugar- 160 gr
~food coloring (optional)
~fruits for garnish (optional)

Preparation method:

STEP 1:

We mix the soft butter with the sugar until we obtain a fluffy mass. We add the mixed eggs and after that the flower ( mixed with the baking powder ). We also add the milk and the vanilla.

STEP 2:

On a tray we put a baking paper and on the paper we arrange the silicon forms which we fill in equal quantity with the obtained dough. We put them in the oven at 190 Celsius degrees and we keep them for 15-20 minutes. When they are ready we let them to get cool.

STEP 3:

After the muffins are cold we make the cream. We mix the butter until it gets soft, we add the milk, the vanilla and we mix them with the powdered sugar for a few minutes.

STEP 4:

If you want to obtain a special color for the cream you can add food coloring until you get the color you want. You put the cream on the muffins using a spatula. If you want you can add some fruits on top.
