MAYONNAISE

MAYONNAISE

I know you can buy it from the store but I prefer it homemade. It has more taste and more flavor and this way you know it is also fresh. I make quite frequently mayonnaise and I put it in the fridge but is not indicated to keep it for more than 2 days. So if you love mayonnaise from now you can make your own and more suited for your taste.

This values are estimated - for 100 g this sauce contains:
-Calories: 725
-Proteins: 1.2
-Lipids: 79
-Carbohydrates: 0.5
-Fibers: 0.0
Ingredients:

~eggs- 3
~salt
~oil
~lemon juice
~water- 1 tablespoon

Preparation method:

STEP 1:
We put 2 eggs to boil. When they are ready we crush the boiled yolks very good and mix them with the raw yolk from one egg. We sprinkle salt and add oil little by little
and mix continuous.

STEP 2:
We add one tablespoon with water and we mix again. You can add oil until you believe it's enough, mean while sprinkle some lemon juice
and mix again.

If you want to make more mayonnaise you can use more eggs. You can combine with baked eggplant, mushrooms etc.

                                     I wish you good appetite!!!
