CHICKEN PULP STUFFED WITH BOLETUS

This is s delicious recipe and is easy to make. The boletus are delicious mushrooms and combined with the chicken meat it results a extraordinary flavor. You will impress your friends or your family if you choose to make this recipe. If you like you can use turkey instead of chicken or you can add a slice of bacon for extra flavor. I am happy to recommend this recipe that shows another delicious way to cook chicken. This recipe can be served as a main dish and you can use as a garnish a salad ore potatoes.

 Ingredients:

~starch- 10 gr
~paprika- 5 gr
~blue-veined cheese- 100 gr
~red onion- 1
~mint leaf- 10 gr
~boletus- 250 gr
~carrots- 100 gr
~balsamic vinegar- 100 ml
~eggs- 2
~chicken legs- 1 kg
~salt
~cream- 250 gr
~olive oil- 50 gr
~brown sugar- 100 gr
~garlic
~butter  

Preparation method:


     STEP 1:
 We  wash, clean, and take off the bone and beat the meat. After that we put the salt the pepper and the chopped mint.

   STEP 2:
  We take the boletus, red onion, garlic and some mint, cope them and fry in some olive oil for about 10 minutes at medium heat. Let the mix cool down and  mix it with beaten eggs, salt, pepper and paprika.

   STEP 3:
  We stretch the legs and fill them with the mixture before described, roll them and bake in the preheated oven, at 175 Celsius degrees for 35 minutes.

   STEP 4:
   In a saucepan we add cream, butter and blue-veined cheese, when it boils add starch diluted in cold water and mingle continuous until you obtain a creamy mixture.

   STEP 5:
   Put the balsamic vinegar in a saucepan and when it begin to boil, pour brown sugar gradually until it becomes like a cream, let it to cool down, and the decorated tour dish with this sauce.
