BEAN SALAD

BEAN SALAD

I don't take credit for this pictures.

I don't really know the origins of this recipe but is very interesting and I consider it very tasty. It is quite nutritious so I tied as a main dish and it was ok but if you want you can serve it as a garnish or as a appetizer. If you want you can add more vegetables after your taste because this salad contains enough fibers. Is a easy recipe but it takes some time to boil the bean. You can try it with your family.
